About Me
In my years in private practice and previously at NYU's Counseling and Wellness Services, I have worked with a diverse group of young adults in addressing issues related to emerging adulthood, relationships, identity, substance use, body issues, depression, anxiety and crises management. I have also completed psychodynamic training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
Additionally, I am trained in RIE, a philosophy that emphasizes respect and curiosity in the early parent/child relationship. This allows me to support new parents—both emotionally and practically— in navigating the trials of parenthood and also informs how I relate to my adult clients and understand their early experiences.
